My “Top Seven Things I need to Do Before Die” List
Mr. Arun Gogna who is one of the most effective-and funniest-lay preachers today, gave an inspirational talk at our college last Febuary 2010. He said that our dreams now would be far different from what our dreams would be when we are already on our deathbeds. He asked us to list down our top ten dreams (but i only thought of seven) and reflect on the statement… ARE YOUR DREAMS WORTH DYING FOR? and so here is my top SEVEN dreams that IS worth dying for…
1. To Ride a Hot Air Balloon
I know it seems shallow but i really find it impossible. =(
2. To be a Renowned Pianist
I learned how to play the piano by ear and not by notes. I love music and I love playing the Piano but most of all, i love my dad and i want to achieve this for him =) he’s always like “take piano lessons already!” and i’ m like “no?”
3. To be an Expert in the field of Computer Science
I always had a knack for it but not quite advance. Someday I want to make my own gadgets and games or even a virus >:) and be able to bring a whole new trend in computer science.
4. To be a really really successful Entrepreneur
Who wouldn’t want to be successful? Sure money is one thing but being looked up to by many and being that one single role model to aspiring entrepreneurs is more rewarding.
5. To travel in Outer Space
Literally seeing the world in a whole new perspective.

They actually have one in US that allows people to travel in outer space! all you need to do is to pay them a gazillion dollars
6. To visit ALL countries in the World (even Antarctica)
I’m thinking I’d be a stewardess or a travel host like Samantha Brown (doesn’t she have the best job ever?!) I want to know how it is like in other countries and learn their culture and history beyond what is written in the book.
7. To be a Top-notch Chef
I don’t dream to work for the rich and famous, I just love food that’s all. i want to learn how to cook the different cuisines around the world; instead of eating in fancy restaurants with the people you love, why not cook it yourself and in the way that will appeal to their taste and your taste.
